Inspection & Assessment
A certified lead consultant inspects the site. Suspect materials are tested using X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) or lab analysis.
Notifications & Permits
We handle all required notifications to CDPH and DOSH and secure necessary permits.
Work Area Preparation
The work area is sealed with plastic sheeting and negative air pressure systems to prevent Lead contaminants from escaping the work area. Workers and equipment enter and exit the work area through decontamination chambers to ensure no contaminants leave the site.

Lead based paints and coatings are carefully moistened to minimize airborne dust. Materials are removed by hand or with specialized tools, double-bagged, labeled, and disposed of at approved facilities.
HEPA Cleaning & Wipe-Down
Work areas are wet-wiped and HEPA-vacuumed for thorough dust control.
Clearance Testing
A third-party hygienist conducts visual inspection and wipe testing to confirm regulated limits are met.
Containment Removal
Once clearance is achieved, equipment and barriers are removed, and the space is safe for reentry.
